Francesca Martinelli

December of 2021 I came to a point where I felt ready to seek out help to get my life in order.
I was depressed, my apartment was a mess and I was struggling with medical issues and weight loss.
A friend connected me with Francesca to try out a 12 week program. I started off with this huge
to-do list. Things that needed to be done and goals I wanted to accomplish. This was where I've always struggled.I see everything that needs to be done and I become so overwhelmed I ignore it.
Francesca was able to help me break things down slowly. It was so helpful setting goals and accomplishing them.
The accountability made all the difference for me. When the 12 week program had ended it was incredible to see what I was able to do it with some encouragement and support.
We have continued to work together beyond that initial program. When I think about where I was
and who I was as a person when this all started and see myself now, I feel proud. With Francesca's uplifting sessions I met and exceeded my own expectations. She truly cares about her clients and their wellbeing. She wants to see them succeed. In a world where so many of us are always worried about judgement and asking for help, Francesca is there as this beam of light to lift you up.
I cannot recommend her enough.
